To use the public toilets in Fortnite, there is nothing simpler. As with any in-game interaction, you must approach the object in question. Once done, all you have to do is press the interaction button. It is by default the "E" key, which allows you to do many actions. You will therefore have no trouble easily using these cabins in order to complete the challenge. Using these toilets will take you directly inside the SHADOW Hideout in Fortnite.
