Using different elemental forces to create unique clashes, Genshin Impact's system is full of small mechanics to tame to master it. Many combinations are possible, whether during the fight or even when creating your team. Elemental Resonance is just as important as suits in Genshin Impact.
Elements and their effects
There are 7 elements in the game, each of which has its own effect. These can be applied by enemies, decorative elements (campfire, river, etc.) but by your own attacks. So be careful when using an item capable of creating a destructive reaction not to be marked already. All of these effects are negative and apply to you and enemies alike.

Electro

Hydro

Cryo

Each element can resonate with another in Genshin Impact, creating elemental reactions. These combinations of two elements inflict unique states that empower assaults. It is this system which makes it possible to determine the cohesion between two members of a team and which will determine the strategy to be adopted.

Resonance in Genshin Impact
Elemental Resonance is a key aspect when building a team. It allows you to determine which strategy you want to follow. Or the one forced on you by the only DPS you were able to summon. We can thus find passive bonuses such as increases in damage, healing, but also resistances.

Fervor Flames – Reduces duration of Cryo effects by 40% and increases attack by 25%.

Powerful Thunder – Reduces the duration of Hydro effects by 40%. Additionally, there is a 100% chance to spawn an Elemental Particle when Overconduction, Overcharge, Shock, Stim, Overactivate, or Exuberance is triggered.

Saving water – Reduces duration of Pyro effects by 40% and increases maximum hit points by 25%.

Spray gel – Reduces the duration of Electro effects by 40%. Increases Crit Rate by 15% when attacking frozen or Cryo-affected enemies.

Immovable Rock – Increases shield strength by 15%. In addition, when a character is under the protection of the shield, the following effects apply: the damage inflicted by the character increases by 15%; the enemy's Geo resistance decreases by 20% for 15 seconds when taking damage from the character.

Winds of Haste – Reduces stamina cost by 15%, increases movement speed by 10%, and reduces cooldown of elemental skills by 5%.

Vine - Increases Elemental Mastery by 50 points. After triggering a Burn, Stimulate, or Blossom reaction, the Elemental Mastery of all nearby team characters increases by 30 points for 6 seconds. After triggering an Overactivate, Spread, Exuberance, or Burgeoning reaction, the Elemental Mastery of all nearby team characters increases by 20 points for 6 seconds. The duration of these effects is calculated independently.
