In combat, Yoimiya is a character who greatly benefits from a critical build to reinforce his natural power. With her very powerful basic attacks, and a quickly profitable Pyro Divine Eye, the archer excels at dealing damage. However, it favors Pyro damage, in particular by its “Niwabi” fire dance which reinforces its assaults. Moreover, the Saxifrage Ryuukin supports its strength by creating additional explosions with each hit. There thunder pulse can however be replaced byOde to the Alizes or Archer's Oath.

“Niwabi” fire dance > Saxifrage Ryuukin > Pyrotechnic blaze |
Even though Yoimiya plays a lot with his basic attacks, his Pyro critical build mainly plays on his Divine Eye. We thus take advantage of the “Niwabi” fire dance to change the hit element of basic attacks and boost the archer's assaults. Once at its maximum level, the Saxifrage Ryuukin is to be preferred, always to take advantage of the Pyro damage offered by the explosions following the skill. Finally, the Pyrotechnic outbreak will allow you to do some damage between two spell rotations.
How to play Yoimiya?
With his critical build on Genshin Impact, Yoimiya seeks to make the most of his Divine Eye and his ability to enchant his arrows. There “Niwabi” fire dance is therefore at the heart of the strategy to do enormous damage with the character. But she also benefits greatly from this build to strengthen her Saxifrage Ryuukin, and in particular its explosions. She can also easily keep the distance and kite her opponents with her bow.
With a Divine Eye that is always very useful, and quite substantial damage, Yoimiya is a very interesting character in a team. She can adapt to any sort of adventure, but is slightly afraid of monsters who can overtake her too easily.
