While we expected a reveal on July 22 during the EA Play conference, a leak seems to have revealed the date of the reveal of FIFA 22 which would finally be scheduled for next July 11 (source in English). This date is not official and could still be modified by then. We expect in particular information concerning the release date, the featured icon (Cantona in 2021, Zidane in 2020) as well as elements on the gameplay and the novelties in game mode.

FIFA 22 Reveal Date
As we had anticipated, the reveal of FIFA 22 is therefore planned for Sunday July 11 at 17:30 p.m., a few days before the EA Play conference on the 22nd. We hope to see more than the short two-minute trailer from last year, which left fans hungry.
It must be said that the previous reveal had been quite meager in terms of novelty and had really only highlighted the future stars of the game, including the player on the cover, Kylian Mbappé.
What content for the FIFA 22 reveal?
If we are to believe the previous reveals, very little information should be revealed by EA during this first meeting. However, some elements could be presented as:
- the “star” icon on the cover of the ultimate edition
- new features in FUT mode, including the permanent implementation of pack previews
- some gameplay changes
In short, nothing transcendent but we could be surprised by EA. After all, the PES 2022 threat is very present, especially since Konami's football game should return to Beta the week after the reveal of FIFA 22.
A release date for FIFA 22?
At the moment, we don't know much about the next FIFA. In addition to the reveal scheduled for July 11, EA has also announced a conference, on the sidelines of E3 2021, on July 22. It is almost certain that FIFA 22 will be there. It is therefore hoped that the official release date will be presented at this time.
However, we must be able to assume that the title will be released between the third week of September and the first week of October 2021.
