Note that this training will be updated according to the patches and also the arrival of new cards. It's not an ultimate roster in the sense that we're credit limited, but this team will be as close to an elite roster as possible.

The current Meta for FUT on FIFA 22
If the Meta turns a lot on formations with 3 central defenders, we opted for a versatile eleven but having on paper 2 DC. However, our group will be able to evolve on 3-5-2, 5-3-2 if you need it.
The best Meta team at 1 million credits
Our example for the best Meta team of the moment on FUT. The total price of the training is around a million credits, with obviously variations according to the supports. At the moment, prices are quite volatile, so it is possible that this eleven will cost 10 to 20% more or less depending on the period.

This team made on the creator of Futbin (in English) is proposed in 4-2-2-2 only for collective questions. The formations in play are listed below.
Possible replacements:
In attack, Lewandowski is replaceable by Haland TOTS or any Bundesliga BU. Müller is a cheap option in MOC present for linking reasons but a Reus Captain could also be suitable. Of course, the DCEs Modest ALL et Metamorphosed Thuram can be used here.
In MDC, Kimmich is considered optimal at this price level but Rice TOTS is limited. Thus, a Henderson Captain could be better while cold EVERYONE ou Kanté MOTM will be better.
Speaking of Kanté, this one could allow a link with Keys ALL, allowing to have a DD a little more agile than Trent.
In terms of styles:
- Engine: Lewandowski, Müller, potentially Martial
- Hunter: Kimmich, potentially Bruno in pure MOC
- Lynx eye: Martial
- Shadow : Bruno Fernandes, Ndicka, Mukiele, Rice
- Ancre : Trent Alexander Arnold
- Hinge or Sentinel: Davies
From the point of view of tactics and formations
This team is playable according to several tactical schemes. This is also the strength of this group, since depending on the game situations, you can easily adapt without making replacements.
In 4-2-3-1 the majority of the match
Here, the objective is to be able to take advantage of the excellent performance of your MDCs (Kimmich and Rice) to then be able to create play in front via Lewandowski (in pivot), Martial and Bruno Fernandes. It is possible to play in long and short passes but also to play aerially with Lewandowski.
Due to the nature of this formation, Lewandowski must be in "stay in front" to maintain a threat in front while Martial and Bruno Fernandes (on the wings) can be in "free and offensive" with an "in the box" for support on the centers. Both having finesse shooting, it will be possible to play on distance shots via the wings (Bruno on the left for shots by returning to his right foot).
In 4-2-2-2 for more defense
In the same way as the previous training, the idea is to be able to use your MOC (here potentially Müller and Bruno F) in relay and potentially on distance shots. In front, Lewandowski and Martial are complementary with, however, a good physique to make the difference in a duel. You can place one with "in the back of the defense" while the other will be in "pivot" to take advantage of finesse or power shots.
Again, one of the two defensive midfielders (prefer Kimmich, who will have Hunter) can go up while the other stays behind in attack. However, depending on your style of play, you can definitely opt for both MDCs in "stay behind on offense" and thus use this formation when you want to slow down the tempo of the match and defend.
If so, leave the two defensive ends behind and only hold one attacker to “stay in front”.
In 3-5-2 for more attack
Another very popular formation last year on FIFA 21, the 3-5-2 is a very aggressive option. Prefer it if you are behind in the score or you have trouble passing the opposing defensive block.
Here you can have fun leaving Rice as third DC while Kimmich and Bruno Fernandes serve as MDC. Davies and Trent-Alexander Arnold will be on the wings with the order “come back to defence” which should force them to run a lot during the match (potentially provide a replacement). Same options as above on the BUs. Müller is in MOC with the “stay ahead” option to create a trident in front that can quickly force counter-attacks with Lewandowski and Martial in BU.
Again, one of the two defensive midfielders can go up (Kimmich) while the other must have “stay behind in attack”.
Alternative to our Best 1 Million Credit Meta Team
Again, the proposed formation used a 4-3-3 (3) only for a question of collective.
The idea here is to play Kohler and Kimmich in MDC, Canales in MC which rises (on a formation like a 4-1-2-1-2 (2)) or in MOC while then the choice, Fekir Ljungberg and Mukhtar in BU or MOC according to your preferences.
Also, the team will be able to use Kohlez in DC for a 3-5-2 or 5-3-2 formation while you'll take advantage of the agility of Davies and Clauss on the wings.
