Here is the list of players who make up the new Team of the Week, the TOTW 4 for FUT on the new FIFA 21. As usual, the selection is made by EA based on the results of the league matches of the past week. As a reminder, the different cards will be lootable in the Packs from 19 p.m. until next Wednesday.

Among the players selected to get new TOTW cards on FIFA 21 are players from all walks of life, with obviously a small batch of Silver cards at the end. Among the best cards we can distinguish Timo Werner (who also has an OTW), Memphis Depay and Thomas Muller among the players selected by EA. As a reminder, the cards for the TOTW team of the week on FIFA 21 will be revealed every Wednesday at 19 p.m.
How to get TOTW cards?
The special Team of the Week cards can be obtained in the various Gold packs but can only be obtained during one week. Thus, if the cards appear on Wednesday at 19 p.m., they will no longer be present in the packs the following Wednesday at 19 p.m.
They are also obtainable through Special Packs, reserved for FUT Champions rewards, depending on your final ranking of the weekend. The famous RED Cards will not be exchangeable (unless you are at the top of the ranking since some Packs are exchangeable) but will be used to make DCEs later in the season.
You can also buy the map directly from the auction house, but it will be much more expensive than the basic map. Especially since you will often need one or more TOTW cards to achieve certain fairly important DCEs (such as Players of the Month or Flashback).
It is also possible to obtain TOTW cards through certain Team Building Challenges (DCE) and special events.
