As in many licenses, it has always (or almost) been possible to enter cheat codes in GTA 5. A cheat code will allow you to modify your playing conditions. Either by obtaining cars, helicopter planes, etc. . Either by completely changing your gameplay.

On PS5 and PS4, Grand Theft Auto V cheat codes can be used in the following ways:
- Via the telephone by calling a specific number.
- Directly in game pressing the buttons in a precise sequence.
Codes must be entered each time you launch the game, they do not register. Be careful though! When redeeming a code, trophies and achievements are disabled and can no longer be earned for the current game. Don't forget to save BEFORE redeeming the codes on the game from Rockstar Games.
