The best Meta team in the Bundesliga on FIFA 23
Note that the formation used here is only used to evoke more or less the role of each card in your team. Use your usual in-game tactics. This team is created via Futbin's team builder.
In terms of styles:

Possible replacements:
Our team here is played with Meunier and Goretzka in MDC, Müller and Nkunku in MOC and the Mané / Voller duo in BU. On the other hand, the advantage is to be able to play in 3-5-2 with Meunier in third DC, Davies in MG and Frimpong in MD.
In attack, the very Meta options are quite limited but the cheap cards are numerous. Thus, Gomez FUT Heroes, Becker Rulebreakers, Smolarek FUT Heroes, Werner TOTW or even Thuram TOTW are viable in the axis. On the wings, there are more options with Sané TOTW, Rickens FUT Heroes, Gnabry, Coman and Buta Rulebreakers.
As an attacking midfielder, our choice of Müller RTTK could surprise. However, this decision is quite simple: in addition to the lack of options within the German championship, Thomas Müller is more Meta than it seems with an excellent game on the ball. He creates play and his passing is excellent, especially with the Motor style. The options are not many, with Sané TOTW, Musiala TOTW, Rickens FUT Heroes, Hofmann TOTW, Kamada TOTW or even Reus. The situation is worse in MC/MDC, with only Kimmich, Bellingham and Can playable, hence our choice to use Meunier Rulebreakers in MDC.
Defensively speaking, the Bundesliga is well endowed in DC with De Ligt OTW, Süle RTTK, Can, Klostermann, Gvardiol or even Hernandez who are all currently playable. On the other hand, our ultimate Bundesliga team doesn't have many options in DG/DD since only Raum is really interesting on the left while on the right, Meunier RB, Kimmich and Mazraoui are viable cards.
At the goalkeeper position, we don't like Neuer at all, who often makes mistakes due to his custom animations. Thus, Trapp TOTW seems to us to be better, while the options behind are numerous and will depend mainly on your links.
Strengths and weaknesses of the Bundesliga Meta level
For once, the advantage of the Bundesliga lies in the concentration of Meta cards around Bayern but also big nations. Thus, Germany and France have quite a few players, which makes it possible to make a hybrid eleven. Also, the German league has a lot of cheap options, especially in CB and attack.
However, the championship clearly lacks ultra Meta options, apart from Nkunku, Goretzka and Mané. The midfield is notably very weak while on the wings it will be difficult to find many options. In addition, the FUT Heroes are correct but nothing more, even if we really appreciate Gomez and Voller.
Therefore, the Bundesliga is an ideal league to start or if you have a relatively average budget. The ability to gradually transform the eleven into a hybrid formation is also a big plus.
How to build good links?
Here, Bayern Munich and the nations France and Germany will make it possible to create excellent links, even outside the Bundesliga. Apart from these three criteria, the situation is more complicated, especially since the FUT Heroes are not really ultra Meta. Also, quite a few guardians are playable, making bonding a bit easier.
However, clubs like Leipzig and Dortmund have the potential to have good cards in the future, which should make the links a little easier.
